*Requirements*

Japanese Driver’s License
JLPT N3 or EQUIVALENT Japanese ability (Reading, Listening, Speaking required)
You will receive 2-month Paid Training (provided in Japanese):
· Type II Driver’s License Examination
· Local Geography ・Work Systems ・Legal Examinations

*Special Preference*

Bilingual candidates with a stable life in Japan.
Having graduated / studied at a Japanese University.
・Possessing JLPT N1 certification, or a BJT score of 480 or more.

You will receive about 2-months of paid training in Local Geography and Work Systems, to receive a Special Driver’s License (with a test in Japanese), along with on-the-road training with instructors.

**Work Hours**

Because shifts are very long (19-hours), safety regulations require you work only HALF-a-week. For one day of work, there will be 1 or 2 days of time-off to follow.
3 ~ 4 day long-weekends are common, and at your discretion.
During shifts, 180-minute breaks are required.
Driver’s have freedom for additional breaks or to overall control their work hours / income!

**Salary**

Annual income for Drivers often exceeds 7,800,000 yen!
-¥12,000 is paid Daily during the 2-month training period. (¥300,000 total in a month)
-After deployment, earn commission (the big bucks!) on top of the base salary of ¥250,000 a month.

**Holidays**

233 Days OFF a year!
(That’s more days off than working!)

11-13 shifts per month.
At least 2 consecutive days off per week.
Take 4 consecutive days off up to twice a month!
Enjoy 30-days of consecutive days off for travel, hobbies, or family, no problem!

Those without JLPT or BJT certification will be required to take a Japanese language exam in the interview. In addition to the interview, a simple driving test is also required later on.
